Stacey Exiner joined Santé Center for Healing as the Human Resources Manager in 2023. She studied Psychology at the College of Staten Island and is certified in Human Resources Management from Villanova University. She has a passion for helping others and supporting them to grow and improve their lives. With over seven years of direct experience working in the field of substance abuse treatment, Stacey transitioned her career focus to business and finance, specializing in human resources. She finds it tremendously rewarding to positively impact workplace culture and engage with employees, assisting them as issues arise. She echoes Santé’s belief that the staff are our most valuable asset.
