For more than 20 years, medical boards, EAPs, therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, physicians, registered dieticians and other professionals have entrusted their clients to Santé’s care. We stand with and alongside you to provide the changing levels of care individuals need as they work towards hope, health and long-term recovery.

After releases are signed, you will be notified of admission. With releases remaining in place, Santé’s Referral Communications Coordinator will ensure that you are getting the types and frequency of updates you need. We believe that the information shared will provide a smoother transition when the individual returns to you for care. There is so much we can achieve together in this continuum of care.

“We couldn’t do this work without your input and the referrals you have sent us over the years. We thank you and are grateful for your trust.”
– Deb Corley, PhD, LMFT, CSAT, CMAT co-founder and co-owner

All addiction treatment clients require individualized plans. Because of this, there are times when a particular center or program doesn’t have what a specific client needs. At Santé Center in Argyle, Texas, we work with industry professionals to accommodate clients who will benefit more from one of our addiction treatment programs.

Continuum of Care

refer client to us if they're struggling with addictionAt Santé Center, we offer multiple levels of addiction treatment services. These varying levels of care allow us to work with clients who need long-term, step-down style treatment in order to achieve lasting recovery.

Before our clients begin the residential piece of our program, we conduct a three-day evaluation, which sometimes includes medical detox. We often start our clients out in residential care after detox to ensure that they receive structure and accountability during the early stages of their recovery. However, we emphasize that there’s no one set path for addiction treatment. Some clients benefit from residential, while others don’t. The clients that do enter residential recovery stay with us for as long as they need.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is often a step down from residential care, although clients may begin their journey in an IOP. Which program a client chooses all depends on his or her at home support as well as how severe the addiction is. Finally, our transition program helps clients go from the structure and accountability of residential or an IOP back to daily life.
