Kelly serves as the Accounts Receivable Manager at Santé Center for Healing. With over 2 decades of experience in mental & behavioral health, Kelly possesses extensive knowledge of processes & procedures, significantly contributing to the center’s growth & success.
Her daily efforts focus on ensuring patients’ continued treatment by identifying solutions to coverage or financial barriers. In cases of insurance lapses or denied coverage, Kelly advocates on patients’ behalf, filing claims & seeking reimbursement to support ongoing care. What motivates Kelly to undertake this challenging work at Santé Center for Healing, rather than elsewhere, is the strong sense of family & support among the team, coupled with the facility’s clear & meaningful vision. In regards to Santé, Kelly says, “It’s a place where I feel connected to a greater purpose every day.”
Kelly takes great pride in working at a facility dedicated to recovery, assisting individuals in rebuilding their lives & rediscovering hope.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, & working on her farm.
