Halle earned her undergraduate degree in Child Learning and Development from the University of Texas at Dallas before pursuing her graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at The King’s University. Her career has spanned private practice, non-profit organizations, and hospitalization settings, allowing her to support individuals and families through a wide range of challenges.
With a compassionate and collaborative approach, Halle creates a safe space for patients to share their stories. She incorporates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and narrative therapy to help patients understand their triggers, manage symptoms, and reshape their personal narratives. Seeing her patients build resilience and work toward recovery, particularly in the face of addiction, is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work.
Outside of her practice, Halle enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, and cooking at home.
