Meredith believes recovery is as unique as the individual pursuing it. She approaches each client with personalized care, cultural humility, and a focus on identity exploration. Meredith integrates values identification, trauma processing, somatic techniques, and practical recovery skills to help individuals achieve their goals. Using therapeutic frameworks such as Gestalt Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she helps clients address maladaptive coping strategies, focus on the “here and now”, understand how the past impacts the present, and develop skills to sustain long-term recovery. Meredith is passionate about LGBTQ+ affirming counseling and dreamwork in therapy.
