Kelly Bellamy is Sante’s PHP case manager. As a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with more than 30 years of experience. She has been recognized by the Texas Association of Addiction Professionals as Fort Worth Counselor of the year. As a trusted substance abuse evaluation expert Kelly is known for her clinical precision, credibility and ability to highlight the behavioral health needs of those suffering from addiction. Kelly is a graduate of Texas Women’s University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She has held her licensure as a chemical dependency counselor since 1992 and holds a certification in Brain Spotting. In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
