For those I haven’t met yet,

I’m JOSH PITRE,

MSW, LCSW, EMDR TRAINED, CSAT – DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES,

and I wanted to connect.

    A little bit about me: I’ve been in this field for nearly two decades working internationally and locally with a spectrum of vulnerable peoples including: mental health, addiction, family reunification, community interventions, juvenile justice reform, and natural disaster mental health response teams. With an education from Southeastern Louisiana University (Bachelor of Arts in Social Work) and Louisiana State University (Masters of Social Work), my professional experience spans Residential treatment, Partial Hospitalization programs, Intensive Outpatient Clinics, college counseling centers and community-based intervention services.   A little bit about why I’m excited to have been at Santé since 2020: Being at Santé provides me the opportunity to utilize the professional skills I’ve developed to help individuals heal from their past traumas and overcome their addictions.   A few things to note about my professional philosophy that aligns with Santé:

• I consider it an honor to walk alongside individuals and their families as we provide the necessary tools to end their struggles with addiction.
• I believe the key factor in walking along others is to treat them as a human; we provide compassion and care while modeling the healthy connection they deserve.
