For those I haven’t met yet,

**I’m JOHN HART,**

DIRECTOR OF FACILITY OPERATIONS,

and I wanted to connect.

A little bit about me: I started at Santé in 1996, before we opened our doors to our first client. Even when so much was unknown in those early days (nearly three decades ago) about the lasting power of a fledgling family-owned addiction treatment center, our founders’ commitment to quality, honesty and impeccable clinical care resonated with me. Serving in the same church since I was 7-years-old, loyalty is foundational to who I am and how I operate in the world—with my family, my friends, my church, my colleagues and Santé’s clients.

A little bit about why I’m excited to be at Santé: The slow intentional growth here has allowed us to keep a cornerstone of integrity and our focus on each and every client’s unique recovery journey.

A few things to note about my professional philosophy that aligns with Santé:

People deserve help and can change.
Though there are consequences in life, at Santé, there are 2nd chances.
We don’t give up on anybody.
We work harder than anybody else to provide the tools for long-term recovery.
We’re here to help others’ find their way… to help them put their families and their lives back together.
