I’m SUSMITHA THOTA,

MHSM, MBA, DIRECTOR OF COMPLIANCE,

and I wanted to connect.

 

 

A little bit about me: I started at Santé in 2014 as an Administrative Fellow. In this last decade of my career, I have worked alongside Santé’s talented and experienced staff and leadership. I have a passion for both learning and sharing my knowledge, and I identify with Santé’s core values and commitment to providing quality care to clients.

 

A little bit about why I’m excited to be at Santé: I focus on staff development trainings to continue our legacy of providing quality care that meets and exceeds client expectations. I work with State Licensure and Accreditation agencies – such as JACO & CARF – for meeting compliance, exceeding high standards and living out Santé’s mission.
