For those I haven’t met yet,

**I’m Michelle Luttrell,**

MA, LMFT-S, MBA, MHA, Co-Owner & Chief Operating Officer,

and I wanted to connect.

A little bit about me: As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor, I consider myself a therapist first. I’m also an avid learner, earning a master’s in business administration and a master’s in healthcare administration as my Santé roles expanded. When I’m not working, you’ll either find me traveling, reading, or spending time with family.

A little bit about why I’m excited to have been at Santé since 2013: We get to see people get well and get into recovery every single day, and that’s truly special. The Santé team cares so much about our clients and recovery; it’s a privilege to be a part of that team. We never give up on our clients, and I get to see that embodied in our work daily.

A few things to note about my professional philosophy that aligns with Santé: I truly believe in our “why”—addiction is a fatal disease if left untreated. We can best help people experience recovery by addressing underlying trauma, breaking down barriers, and involving families in the treatment process.
