For those I haven’t met yet, I’m Renee Stone, APRN, FNP-BC, Director of Nursing at Santé Center for Healing and wanted to connect.

A little bit about me: I received both my Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Because I love to learn about disease processes, medicine and patient care, I additionally pursed and secured certification and credentialing to be a Family Nurse Practitioner.

A little bit about why I’m excited to be at Santé since 2005: I am fascinated by the addiction process and the mental health component that so often goes along with it.

A few things to note about my professional philosophy that aligns with Santé:

• Each individual in our care receives guidance and education on mental health and physical health in addition to everything they’re learning about addiction.
• Cookie-cutter, non-specialized treatment does NOT work. At Santé we focus on all of your individual, unique needs – nutrition, medication, mental health, addiction, legal, life skills, and so much more.
• Due in part to our higher hiring standards, we enjoy a significant level of trust with our staff, and I love to see them continue to grow professionally… for the benefit of our clients!
