Congratulations on taking your first step in seeking support. It takes courage to recognize when you need assistance in coping with difficult situations, improving your life satisfaction, or supporting a loved one in their challenging times. My style of therapy is compassionate and supportive, yet at the same time direct. My therapeutic approach to sessions includes both trauma-informed and cognitive-behavioral methods, depending upon the needs of the individual. As a licensed counselor specializing in work with adolescents and adults, I am honored to work beside you along your journey to a healthier you.
As a licensed counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I have been specifically trained to help those who have experienced trauma. In my career of over 20 years, I have experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults with depression, anxiety, motivation, self-esteem issues, academic struggles, and behavioral problems.
