Rachel Meltzer, LPC-S, Meltzer Counseling PLLC
At times, everyone feels overwhelmed by stressors, life transitions, grief, or anger. Change doesn’t happen in isolation and we all need help at some point. Our clients range from children, adolescents, adults, and elder adults. Our approach is strongly grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Our goal is to align evidenced-based research with each individual’s goals to improve both emotional and mental well being.
Meltzer Counseling therapists specialize in depression, anxiety, anger, addiction, trauma, PTSD, stress management, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, communication skills, and family and relationship issues. We also have several clinicians who are trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Our therapists include those who are able to accept insurance, reduced fees, and/or provide up to 10 FREE therapy sessions for families who qualify.
