Natalie Hutson, MA, LPC
Natalie Hutson has over 10 years of experience in treating eating disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, body image concerns, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, addictions, stress, behavioral challenges, and low self-esteem. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings treating older children, adolescents, and adults as well as their families. Natalie believes that with all the wonderful things life has to offer, it also brings with it some roadblocks and challenges. Her hope is to help individuals work through these challenges so that they may thrive, not just survive. Natalie thoroughly enjoys helping young people navigate and conquer the unique challenges that come with adolescence and young adulthood. Natalie believes in a nurturing approach to therapy; she provides compassion for her clients as well as the accountability that we all need to grow. Natalie utilizes a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and a Humanistic approach in her practice. She strongly believes that each individual deserves a unique approach that caters to his or her specific goals and needs.
