With an orientation toward helping clients grow, I assist them in identifying and removing the obstacles that keep them stuck. I focus on individuals, couples and families impacted by addiction. Based on client need, I employ a versatile blend of support, respectful confrontation, sometimes even humor, combined with Twelve Step approaches of acceptance of reality, personal insight and spiritual development. I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and Certified Multiple Addictions Therapist (CMAT). Trained as an Interventionist, I also prepare and collaborate with families and organizations in conducting interventions with a person experiencing behavioral problems.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in PA, my areas of specialization include treatment for sex addiction and partner recovery, multiple addictions, codependency, adult child issues, related mood and personality disorders. I provide individual, group, family and couple’s therapy. Additional areas of expertise include career management and LGBT issues.

After a successful career in Human Resources with Johnson & Johnson, I acquired a Master of Science degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Addictions Counseling. My internship at Caron Treatment Centers provided experience in treating addictions and codependency and in educating and counseling family members.
