Jessica Stanko, LPC
Jessica Stanko is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. Jessica is also trained in play therapy and EMDR. She earned her Master of Science degree in Counseling from Southern Methodist University, where she specialized in Family Relationships and Child Therapy.
Jessica primarily works with adolescents and adults experiencing challenges such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and difficult transitions. She also works within family systems to help foster connection, understanding, and healthy boundaries between adolescents and caregivers.
Jessica believes that all people are capable of growth, and that self-exploration is a valuable journey that leads to healing. She is passionate about helping those who feel discouraged or disconnected build the insight and skills necessary to achieve personal goals in the context of a supportive community. Jessica uses a holistic approach to create a counseling setting that is safe, accepting, and encouraging of personal development.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time with family, and walking her dogs, Marshall and Stella.
