I focus on creating a counseling relationship that is one of openness and partnership. My role will be to provide an environment that allows you to feel safe as I join you on a journey of exploring areas where you feel stuck and cannot seem to see a way through, whether it is an issue within a relationship, a personal struggle, or a life situation.
As a counselor, I will be using a holistic approach that is informed by the field of Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) which looks at the interconnectedness of our minds, bodies, and relationships. My goal is to meet the unique needs of each client with the therapeutic approach that works for them.
I have specialities in working with issues related to eating disorders, parenting, and domestic violence.
