Denette Mann Psychotherapy Services
My private practice is located in north Dallas close to the Galleria. I have been in private practice since 2005 and work with all ages. My training includes EMDR, mindfulness and self-compassion, attachment, trauma (which includes addiction, divorce, abuse among others), and neurobiology on how the brain can change at any age. I am joined in my practice by Amanda Volk, an Intern from SMU, and my therapy dog, Shaq (a maltipoo). We have openings and have a range of fees. We do not accept insurance but we do both use a sliding scale when needed. I work with all ages from 3 years to 70 year of age.
I also offer coaching in mindfulness and parenting. If you are interested in taking a course I teach an 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion course which is 2.5 hours each week for 8 weeks AND a short version of Mindful Self-Compassion that is 1.5 hour sessions per week for 6 weeks. I also teach Child-Parent Relational Training for parents both individually and in groups.
Amanda specializes in adolescents and adults with transitional issues, family issues, eating disorders and addiction disorders.
Please inquire about your needs and we will help you determine if we are the right place for you or help you find someone who is a better match.
