Located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Fulfillment Counseling & Life Coaching PLLC offers in-person and online counseling for adult individuals and families in Colorado. Therapy is also delivered virtually to adults located in Florida, Georgia and New Mexico. Specializations include: thought disorders (schizoaffective, schizophrenia), mood disorders (depression, bipolar), anxiety, personality disorders (borderline), and general life transitions and struggles – serving both the individual with the lived experience of the aforementioned challenges, as well as families and/or supports of diagnosed individuals.
Walk+Talk therapy is available, which allows for movement and being outdoors during sessions. AcuDetox is also offered, which is a 5-point auricular acupuncture protocol established by the National Association of Detoxification Acupuncture (NADA) that addresses many aspects of wellness, such as anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance, PTSD, nicotine dependence and sobriety. In addition, light therapy can be added to in-person sessions, when clinically indicated for depression with a demonstrated seasonal pattern (also referred to as seasonal affective disorder). Other supportive treatment options offered include Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Guided Group Meditations, and Vision Board Workshops.
