Carol Caprio, LPC Intern, LMFT Associate

I offer both Virtual and In-person therapy. I used Zoom for my virtual sessions.
After having a successful career in corporate America, Carol followed her passion for clinical counseling and is currently an LMFT-Associate and LPC- Intern. Carol graduated with High Honors in May 2018 with a Master of Marriage and Family Counseling from the King’s University. Carol’s focus is on trauma therapy. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional as well as being trained in EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Prepare and Enrich for marriage and premarital counseling, and is actively pursuing additional certifications for trauma and marriage therapies. She has also competed Gottman Level 1 and Level 2. Carol enjoys working with adolescents and adults. Her passion is to work closely with people as they address the challenges they have experienced in their lives.
In addition, Carol is a Certified Connection and Recovery Therapist, (CCRT-SLA) with a focus in Sex and Love Addiction. She works with individuals and their partners to help them understand addiction issues, find the road to recovery, and establish a healthy relationship.
Carol has been married to her husband, Tony, since 1990. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and car racing
